Commons CDC Initial Project
Build a community of mixed-income housing on land
owned by and adjacent to St. Peters Episcopal Church.
This will enable people at all stages of their life, who could
otherwise not afford housing to continue to live in Hebron
or chose to live in this beautiful, high opportunity Town.
Beautiful, wooded property near town center, grocery
store, pharmacy, library, schools, medical offices, child care
center, youth service bureau, food pantry, trails and parks.
